“The attendant, Rashid, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient from start to finish. Truly great customer service.
What really impressed me happened after I left. Rashid contacted me to let me know that an important piece was still attached to the old battery I turned in for the core charge refund. He wanted to be sure I had it, since it’s something I might need. He even offered to hold it for me or leave it somewhere secure if I couldn’t get back before they closed.
That kind of service, attention, and care is always appreciated.
Addendum 4/28/26: I went back to Advance to claim warranty on the car battery I bought 4 months ago. Zero hassle. Ne-yo, the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Great experience all throughout.”
