“I had been struggling for over 2 weeks to get a prescription filled. I was having issues with insurance coverage when they sent me to VFP and I luckily spoke to Dana at the IL location. She was able to finally get my prescription filled because she thought outside the box and I am incredibly grateful! The medication was shipped to me overnight and I am hopeful this will bring me some much needed relief as perimenopause has been tough. “They have carried out a nice renovation since I was there last. I had defected to using Market Basket which is closer to my house. I was not expecting to go to Hannaford's today but was with a friend so we stopped there. The problem: since I wasn't in my own car, I had no supermarket shopping bags with me. It is bad enough that you have to pay 10 cents a bag to carry out your food. Guaranteed the bags do not cost them 10 cents apiece. WORSE: the paper bags were garbage. They tore almost immediately when I tried to pick them up. They weren't that heavily loaded but all three tore. If they are going to make you pay for paper bags, the least they can do is give you a functional bag.”

Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store.
