“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I will be returning if my car needs other repairs in the future as I know my car was in great hands!”
