Vuong and Patrick were both terrifically helpful in creating a new plan at a more reasonable price! Vuong was particularly helpful and available on the day all of the equipment was installed. For me, dealing with Xfinity is generally a nightmare! Vuong and Patrick made it entirely bearable.

After many frustrating hours on the phone and chat with Xfinity support trying to resolve a mobile phone porting issue, I finally scheduled an appointment at the local Xfinity store. The in store rep, Colby, had the issue resolved in minutes. Many thanks for the quick resolution!!!
