I went in today to make some changes to my home network setup and on my mobile plan (Xfinity has great rates for cell phone plans if you are a customer for internet or home phone!) and Ty provided wonderful service. He was so kind and patient with my elderly mom. The store is spacious, clean and nicely appointed.

I want to shout out to CJ at the store. I've been using Xfinity for many years, but I came in ready to switch providers. He understood my situation right away and recommended a solution that has worked perfectly since. Informative, helpful, and friendly — people like CJ are the reason I'm still with Xfinity.

Comcast has terrible customer service and is extremely time-consuming to reach by phone. But if you'd happen to live near this physical outlet, the staff are courteous and usually able to help resolve a problem.
