Returned old equipment and asked the rep a few different times to make sure I was all set in their system. Then got an email showing my bill went up 2x. I had to go back to the store and another rep said “yeah they never removed the equipment charges when you returned your equipment”.

Employees with bad actitud, worse service. New to this service and received used and broken equipment. Canceling service and never again.

I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any service provider thanks to Joe Desilvia at this location. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is having issues with their xfinity equipment. Don’t waste time on the chat just come see one of the guys here. Joe was awesome!
