“I wasn't sure what to expected as I had heard that it was a student run hotel. However, the lobby was beautifully decorated, the room was clean, and everyone I interacted with was good.”

“The hotel was beautiful! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very comfortable & have good amenities. There is a fabulous pool & hot tub. The restaurant is very fancy & somewhat reasonably priced. The spa has average pricing for the services. The price of our stay was extremely reasonable. We will definitely choose to stay here again anytime we are in the area.Rooms: Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Well stocked bathroom. The mini fridge was fabulously cold! Nothing cheap about this place.Food & drinks: Did not eat at the restaurant, but did see it. It was very beautiful & looked very fancy.Noteworthy details: The Hotel is gorgeous, clean & well maintained. I could be comfortable just spending time in the lobby in front of the fireplace looking at the decor.”

“I only have one complaint about my stay. As a 80 year old, I’m not that stable on my feet. With no mat in the bath tub, I slipped and almost went down. Fortunately I was still Holding the railing and kept from falling. Add rubber mat please.”

“I love Homewood suites by Hilton for the simple reason it's like being home away from home. Great pillows clean lovely room layouts. I'd never stay anywhere else but a Hilton Homewood.”

“It's in a very scenic area of Holyoke, right by the river and close to Mount Tom. There are restaurants that deliver to the Inn as well as the option to use a food delivery service, like Door dash or Uber Eats. There is free Wi-Fi for use by guests, too. TV's are in all rooms with a large selection of channels to view. For added convenience, there are refrigerators in all rooms.”

“Great cabins with very caring, attentive staff. Woodstove heat in the winter. They work hard to enable visitors to have the utmost in simple, quiet, meditative living while they are there. Meeting space available, too. Awesome location with an interesting history.”
