“Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and then some, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I've been to this shop before, and every time they are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. “I brought my Genesis G70 because it was missing a lot of power. Eddy diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it to me clearly and even sent photos and videos. The estimate for the work needed was more than fair and the work was done quickly. Folks that works there are clearly knowledgeable, do the work right, for a good price and with great customer service. Definitely recommend!”

“Julio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, coming up with a quick fix for my Camry gas cap door. It’s been a faulty design from the manufacturer with a weak spring which causes the gas cap door to not open at times especially during the winter. Julio replaced it with a much stronger spring, almost immediately right after I dropped off my car. Just an example of how resourceful they are in resolving problems. Highly recommend!”

“I bought a well-used Chevy as my first car in the states, and struggled a lot with errors and repairs post purchase. I went to 3 different mechanics and all of them were happy to take my money and never fixed the core issue. Ravelo’s was the first place to actually test different parts and give me the bad news head on. Since then I have had an engine replaced at Ravelo’s and several services done there as well. The car runs smooth, and never had the level of issues it had prior to my visit to Ravelo’s.
I completely trust the advise these guys give and just let them do their thing. Probably the best auto workshop in MA/Boston, and its cheap compared to everything else out there!”

My mom let her car get into bad shape, and Wesley let me tow it over, he assessed it and gave me a quote, and an honest recommendation that the car was not worth the amount of work it needed. He liaised with the junk yard looking for a door that needed to be replaced, and was overall easy to deal with and totally trustworthy. He made a very stressful event painless. Highly recommend.”

“Good place, open 8-5 M-F, 8-12 Sat. Closed Sun. They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems.Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem.So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”
“I came in for a tire swap, balancing, and oil filter change.
This shop has provided consistently good tire swaps and balancing. Other local shops that I tried to preference performed tire balancing incorrectly or skipped it entirely and required multiple visits. Not these guys!
They provide good communication, reasonable timelines. I’d like to see faster pickup processing and drop off, but the quality is good.”
