“My mom who is quite elderly was freaking out because she was one day late renewing her drivers license. One the way back from running errands she drcided to stop in AAA to renew.
Initially we were in the general AAA customer service line. An AAA employee would periodically ask if anyone was in the office for RMV issues. When we said yes we were politely shown the correct line. It must be said that the RMV traffic (I know, let it go) was extremely light.
The customer service rep noticed how nervous my mom was about the whole situation - we came in on a lark with no paperwork or anything prepared in advance. Or paperwork at all for that matter. She calmed my mom down, worked her through the application, explained everything clearly concerning the temporarily license and expectation delivery date of the new license. She took the photo, asked my mom if she approved and took a few more until mom did approve.
Overall, it was a great visit. Reviews concerning RMV visits are usually horror shows and i am glad to break that trend. Based on this one visit I would highly recommend AAA for RMV business.”

“I bought my house 4 years ago. I priced out insurance with my current agent and Otis Brown. They were $70 a year cheaper and I felt a little guilty but changed agents to Otis Brown. Recently, I had a problem with a my exiting sewer pipe cracking. This will require about $5000 worth or work with the plumber and landscaper who has to dig up the patio the pipe runs thru. When the insurance adjuster came out this week he mentioned that the coverage I have includes some sort of rider that covers "service line coverage" It costs $35 a year and not all insurance companies offer it, it was not something I specifically asked for but because I went thru Otis Brown they put it on my policy and it's going to save me $5000 out of my pocket. I am SO grateful for them and their excellent service.”

“I recently engaged Wayne at Pro-Tech Home Inspection for (you guessed it...) a home inspection. Wayne was very thorough, very methodical and very professional. As he went through the building, I asked various questions and he took time to explain some more technical aspects of the electric system, the roof surface etc., which was helpful for me. His report was clear and detailed and he offered to answer any questions about the report should they arise. I highly recommend Wayne and Pro-Tech.”
