Dan and the whole team have been fantastic. They came really highly recommended by a Financial Advisor we have a lot of trust in, and they didn't disappoint. The team was awesome at helping us pick a suite of coverage that protected us in all the ways we needed, without paying for coverage we didn't need or want.
And they really shone when issues came up. We had a home flood where we needed support on how to get things fixed fast and covered by our insurance, and they were all over it. Even better, when a car purchase was in question because the insurance company (Not Acacia, the provider) had a few day window to issue new insurance cards, Dan's team not only got it expedited; they ALSO liaised with the car company to convince them to take screenshots or something else less formal in case it didn't come in time. Can't say enough about our experience with the team.”
