“Mitch (installer) did an excellent job installing our new marmoleum floor in the kitchen and we are very pleased with it. Our only gripe is with AJ Rose's new policy of requiring full payment for the project BEFORE the actual work commences. The consumer would have no leverage if there is shoddy installation or the work was not performed as agreed. Luckily our project went smoothly but not sure I'd risk another expensive project where they have all the money before the work is performed”

“Landry & Acari is now the only place we buy rugs. They have an extensive inventory of vintage and new rugs, as well as carpet. Great quality for price and EXCELLENT service. I have shopped at all 3 stores, but Framingham is my go to. Breanna and Donna are outstanding, and really any staff I have interacted with at all 3 locations are top notch - they are all instilled with high level customer service skills. It is so rare to find this kind of quality in product and service. So far we have purchased 6 gorgeous vintage rugs and a new carpet runner from them. The process of requesting measuring for our stairs, most recently was within a day and once we decided on an option (of which they have so many, in many price points), the install was within 2 weeks (would have been quicker but we had to reschedule) - the installer was amazing and their pricing beats anyone in this area. They do try to help you find a rug, but the sales approach came across as pushy and more focused on upselling than understanding what I was looking for. I made it clear I was just browsing to get a sense of their selection, and I declined to provide more than my email when they insisted on collecting my information.

What bothered me most was that after about 15 minutes of helping me and me talking to them, the salespeople simply walked away and moved on to another customer—no goodbye or acknowledgment that the conversation was over. It left a poor impression.

If you do not care for salespeople, they have a large selection.”
