“I am a resident of Ashland, and Family Dollar is definately the "too go store" for just about everything. The store has had a fast turnover of help, but everyone they have hired has always been so kind and helpful in all they do. I have to put a "shout out " for Teresa, she is very accommadating, professional and goes above and beyond to help people, she excels at all she does, and is surely an asset to our wonderful Ashland store, always a joy to see her smiling face. Keep this place going we need this store in our little town.”

“It's the beginning of Mother's day weekend.. and we need dresses! So I'm giving Angela (fitting room) and Stephanie (registers) 5 stars!! Both of you ladies made today's experience very pleasant! I also got a big number of baby things because it is the season of showers and Spring! And only 4 stars because we show up there to have fun, unfortunately the rest of customer service was lacking today.”

“I’m not really a fan of the new checkout if you don’t want it to be self checkout you should figure out a way to have a better set up. Maybe have some big registers on one side and self checkouts on the other like they do at other stores like CVS, so the workers can still see the self checkout screens, just a thought. I did retail for 10 years so I understand wanting to not have self checkout in this day and age but figure out a better solution. This new way has too much foot traffic. I also don’t like how much their candy has went up in price. But I still gave 4 stars because my wife, daughter and I went in not too long ago and we were helped by this lovely lady I believe she said her name was Paige. She helped point things out in the store to us and gave my daughter some ideas for gifts for Mother’s Day. Even though she was busy trying to balance a few customers who were asking questions and needing help, she still was able to make us feel like we were the main priority, while juggling everyone at the same time, and ring us out at the end. She’s helped us a few times here before too. There was also someone in line who didn’t speak English and didn’t know what the signs there said, if you want people to know registers are closed or that your supposed to wait you should have the translation to Portuguese on it too, considering it’s the other most popular language here. I still gave a 4 because the customer service is almost always excellent and the store is always kept nice and tidy.”

“It's a decent T.J. Maxx store at Hudson. I can find what I expect most of the time. Staff are friendly. If you love shopping at TJ, I would recommend this place. They have a large variety of kids wear, toys,gifts etc., Seems like you have to be lucky to get/be there when they are fully stocked, to get first dibs.”

“First time coming to this Marshall's from its previous location. I had specific things I needed to look for and found everything I needed. The store was nice and clean, the staff was in the process of putting things from the back into their departments. Had some interaction with some staff and they were very friendly and helpful. Good place for special finds for great prices. Good until I got to checkout....I thought I was doing well no line excellent right! Register person lacked customer service skills and it just wasn't pretty. Anyway, reason for the 4 stars. Would I got back yes.!”

“This store has a wide variety of things such a furniture down to food. The items, or products directly change from season to season. I like going there since it’s in town. There’s a huge parking lot and easily accessible for handicapped access and located in the front. Prices are fair.”

“The line always takes forever. Especially during the weekday which doesn’t make sense because you would think to go during the weekday which doesn’t to avoid the weekend crowd. Nope there’s always one person on the register.
Content wise I love this specific home goods. So many cute things and a wide variety of aesthetics. They have a lot of stuff but maintain organization.”

“Boston post road you're on 29/30 so far of everyday items someone would need...anyways I primarily come to tj Maxx for the shoes - andddd their staff. Here's something I wrote for the Boston Post Rd. Journal (it will be out sometime 3rd week of July for a "Sudbury's best" - we're highlighting gems of Sudbury that give great customer service. This particular shoe store offers an excellent shopping experience for shoe enthusiasts. Their wide selection of footwear, including various brands and styles, ensures that customers can find the perfect pair for any occasion. The store is often commended for its knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide helpful recommendations and assist in finding the right fit. Additionally, the store's comfortable and well-organized layout allows for a pleasant browsing experience. Has a large selection of squishmallows and other toys, including some that are hard to find at other locations.
Some items are overpriced for what you can get, such as a $300 dinosaur plush with a Christmas hat. It was at least 4 ft tall, but it still is a high price point.”

“This Target had very helpful staff....most Targets do. But as I was trying to find the office supply section, someone saw me looking around with a look of "I don't know WHERE?????!" and she asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the right area and I was able to find the items I was looking for. I found this store very nicely set up and all the items were neatly stocked on the shelves. A nice store to shop.”

“This Burlington is in a convenient location. Decided to stop there on my way to another location. It’s very large lots of options. Great styles and diverse clothing selections the shoe selection as well was pretty fantastic. Of course it was a bit messy but that’s expected during back to school time. I won’t dig them on that. I will say those Burlington has long lines with only two cashiers but this location had someone on the front to get the line moving even with the busy weekend evening rush I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. You’ll find some good items.”

The lady who helped me, her name was Mari___ (I don’t remember her full name) but she was really great and helped me look for several blushes and gave me great recommendations based on what I was asking for. She was super nice and I really appreciated that she was so ready to help me and her other employees.”
