“I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Steven went out of his way to find just the right Toyo tires for my Porsche. The front brakes needed to be done soon so they took care of that which was also an issue because that year Macan used Audi brakes that had a Porsche number on them to make it confusing. I can't believe how many hours they put into this. They kept in touch with me all along. The quiet ride Toyos are living up to their advertising.The alignment was perfect. The prices were great and definitely less than at a Porsche facility. Nice upbeat attitude there. It's apparent that they enjoy their jobs. “We were in town for a wedding in Bristol. After an 8-hour drive from Baltimore, we realized we had a bad chord in one of 4 "used car" tires that were sketchy at best. Dan had us hooked up with 4 new tires of our choosing. We were in at 8 am and picked the car up at 1:30 pm. Had us done hours before the wedding that afternoon! Saw we were in a panic, got us a deal, and did it as quickly as possible. Can't thank Dan enough! Superior service!”
“I was towed here after getting a flat, so they had no notice/there was no appointment. After a panicked time in the break down lane of the highway I was so relieved that they were not only open, but had a tire available. Also I got there at around 6, and despite them being short staffed, and it nearing their closing time, they accommodated me. Jade was friendly, kind, and considerate. she answered all of my questions and hooked me up to get my tire fixed asap. Juan was efficient and performed great service (esp considering he was the only technician on) I was out of there in 30 minutes, maybe less.
They were definitely both lifesavers today. If I could given them a paid day off myself I would, they deserve it.”

Go there...get your wheel repaired, or replace that tire thats balled.
He's more likely to have a solution than a regular mechanic as his specialty is wheels.”
