Front office management was very professional. There was a clear breakdown in communication between the insurance company and the repair shop, and the insurance company was at fault. Front office management stayed after close of business to help ensure that payment was settled as agreed-upon. I will definitely be taking my business back to this repair shop. The repairs are excellent, like it never happened.”

“We have been to ACC twice now for two incidents where by car was hit. On both occasions, we were greeted by very kind staff and a very easy procedure from start to finish. Repairs required panel replacement and painting, as well as electrical work for headlights. We waited a week for each repair, which was very pleasantly quick. Pickup took 5 minutes and the car looked better than when we brought it in. Very good service and would recommend to anyone.”
