“Experience was 10/10 with this shop. I got in a minor collision and took my new 2025 Kia K5 to Ocean State Collision. From the very start the process was made incredibly easy by Anthony. He was very informative, knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience went smoothly. I was helped and set up with a rental from a nearby rental shop and my insurance was all figured out without too much hassle on my end. My car was fixed up within an appropriate amount of time and looked brand new again. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re ever in need!”
“Workmanship on severe damage to my vehicle passenger side doors and center post was excellent. Staff were most helpful and pleasant throughout. The reason for four rather than five stars is that a minor scuff was not included in the overall repair as it was not caused at the same time. That minor fix could have been a nice gesture as part of a major repair.”

“I’ve been bringing my car to Dorman’s for regular maintenance for a while now, and they’ve been great; they know what they’re doing, they work fast, and their prices are very fair. My parents have also brought their car here and had the same great experience.
Most recently, my car was in an accident and needed a lot of work (new door, new wheel, and other fixes). John was incredible from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, advocated for me with my insurance company, and got me into a rental car immediately. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, and the work was done much faster than I expected.
When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the repair, the care, and the attention to detail were better than I could’ve imagined. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me, not just my car.
