“Experience was 10/10 with this shop. I got in a minor collision and took my new 2025 Kia K5 to Ocean State Collision. From the very start the process was made incredibly easy by Anthony. He was very informative, knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience went smoothly. I was helped and set up with a rental from a nearby rental shop and my insurance was all figured out without too much hassle on my end. My car was fixed up within an appropriate amount of time and looked brand new again. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re ever in need!”
“Workmanship on severe damage to my vehicle passenger side doors and center post was excellent. Staff were most helpful and pleasant throughout. The reason for four rather than five stars is that a minor scuff was not included in the overall repair as it was not caused at the same time. That minor fix could have been a nice gesture as part of a major repair.”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dorman Auto. My child’s car was involved in an accident, which is stressful enough as a parent, and they truly went above and beyond my expectations. My expectations were already pretty high because I have several friends who use Dorman and are always recommending them. I went in already feeling confident that they were honest, reliable, and did excellent work, and they absolutely lived up to that reputation and then some.
From the very beginning, they handled everything and immediately helped ease our concerns after the accident. Throughout the repair process, we dealt with John, who checked in with us, kept us informed, and made the entire process so much easier. We couldn’t have been more pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, communication, and overall personality. He was genuinely a pleasure to deal with.
What impressed me most is that you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and the people they are doing it for. They don’t cut corners. They take the time to do things the right way and make sure your vehicle comes back not only looking perfect, but most importantly, safe to drive again. After an accident involving my child’s car, that peace of mind meant everything to me.
