“I came here to check out their current supply of plants this year. It was raining and I was the only customer. They had some umbrellas for customers to use stored in an umbrella stand. The plant offerings were labeled by type, like sun loving perennials etc and alphabetically. They sell locally grown meat too. The parking lot and primary paths are compacted gravel. At least 2 kinds of shopping carts are available for use! Cashier was pleasant and informative.”
“At first I was told by another associate in rentals the gas chain saw was available. We arrived and it was not available. We then communicated with Jeff instead and he found a solution for us. He spent a long time explaining how to use a battery pack chainsaw. We had a problem, brought it back he adjusted it for us right away. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't ask for better customer service to fix the situation.”
“I need to give the Auburn location 5 stars due to one employee in particular. Patty, at customer service, was so helpful in my situation regarding an online application made in error. I had called and she had told me to come down right away so we can take care of the issue I was having. I went down and within 15 minutes, all was settled. ;)
Pro tip: unfortunately, dealing with the Home Depot credit line was literally nearly impossible to get through via the telephone, so if you don’t want to waste time and be bounced around on the phones with literally no success, literally just go to the store. And someone like Patty will get it solved in minutes.”
