“Andrew welcomed us when we walked in to the dealership. We knew what we were looking for and our price point so we got right to it. We went for a pleasant test drive with Andrew, who seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle. Process from there was “the numbers” game. Negotiations went fine and we got to a price we could both agree on pretty quickly. Here is the only issue we had; it took well over an hour for the finance person to meet with us and finalize the paperwork!! It was Friday at 4:00 pm and we were the only people there! No explanation as to what the hold-up was; we were about to walk out when he approached us. Good thing he was friendly and efficient !! “I went to Insterstate believing I needed a new battery. I was assisted by JoAnn who offered to test my battery. I didn't have to wait. She immediately brought her equipment directly to my car located in their parking area. I had a hard time opening the hood...she did not hesitate to offer her help and easily figured it out. She determined that my battery was fine and did not need to be replaced. However, she noticed that the area around the battery and the cables needed to be cleaned of battery acid. Most people would have suggested to get that done, but no, JoAnn went back inside and return w battery cleaner and a brush and got the job done! This all done with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. She also pulled out several dried leaves that had accumulated under the hood. Guess what???....NO CHARGE! I highly recommend Interstate Battery! When the time comes to replace my battery I will go directly to Intersate Battery. My friends and relatives will be informed that this is the place to go. “I just want to say I don't know if they'll read these but Tim and Wayne are over at Service Tire Truck Center on July 2nd before they were closing told me that even if I could get there close to closing time they would wait for me to Mount and balance a tire for a garbage truck I own even though they were trying to leave early for the 4th of July holiday. I made it in time they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they were super helpful the following week I brought my truck back they removed the other tire and mounted and balanced it and their prices were fantastic I really hope that whoever sees this sends this off to them so they get to see that people really do appreciate what they do for us”
