The dog washing tub has easy access and I have lower back problems and when I use this machine to wash my dog, it never hurts. I love going here. It’s always a positive experience! “I can not say enough good things about Paws in Play!! I've been taking my pup here for 7 years now and she absolutely loves it. Whether it's for a day of daycare or boarding, I know that she is well taken care of. Jess and Dave do a great job running this place and keeping things safe for all the dogs that walk through their door. They love each dog like they were their own!! The facebook page and snapchat accounts post pictures and videos of all the dogs having a great time whether its inside or out in the yards. I could not ask for a better place or better people to leave my little girl with while i'm at work or away.”
“I visited last week when everyone was having internet issues, but the staff who was there that day was super helpful and friendly, chatted with us, and my partner and I had a great time spending $$ on our little pup on a huge assortment of treats. I was really impressed with the selection and WIDE ARRAY of options. The no-hides are awesome, happy to finally have a safe option to give my dog. The merchandising, displays, and colors, etc were all very well done. Great space!! I buy my dog only polkadog treats these days, and was happy the in-person shopping experience was just as fun. “On our way to Quincy we stopped by this pet store. I have never seen a small local store take care of their animals they were here. Everything was clean fresh fresh vegetables in water, and all the animals seems really happy. Also the workers there are very humble and pleasant. For local small businesses I hope this place thrives and its worth stopping in for sure. I was quite taken back.”

“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”

“The employees here are so awesome. I do my shopping here, get my dog groomed, and do training with my dog. All the people I encounter that work here are so kind to me and my dog and say hi to her every time we come in :) Ellen has been an awesome trainer. 10/10 staff honestly”
“The Vetco in Quincy Center has been a very pleasant surprise. The online scheduling process is very easy. The reminder texts are well thought out so that most of the administration is completed before you step in the front door. Once you arrive, the staff and vets are organized and make for a very smooth experience. All the prices are listed on the website, the packages make sense and are easy to understand. All the receipts and records are emailed to you a few mins after the appointment.Dealing with the local vets in Dorchester and Southie has been a nightmare. They don't list any prices and the prices vary widely for offices within a half or quarter mile of each other. When they do tell you the price, it feels like negotiating with a car dealership. Some vets try to charge additional exam fees, some just gouge new customers. It was especially weird having to ask one vet for a hard copy of the vaccination records so that I'd have a copy. It's the first thing many doggie daycares and groomers ask for and the vet made it seem like my request was out of the ordinary.Feel free to do your own research, but you'll just learn to appreciate how friendly and transparent this Vetco is. We've been back twice and plan to keep coming back. The prices make sense and the experience is excellent. Getting your pet vaccinated should be an easy, quick and straight forward process like this.”
