“Got a beautiful budgie there. It was worth the 45min drive from Burlington. The birds are well cared for and you can tell the owners treat them with love. They are kept in small groups in spacious cages in a dedicated room, not like the big box stores where there's 20 budgies together and where it's hard to tell if they are healthy. The birds at Pet world looked happy and alert. The store has lots of character with a wide variety of creatures, a really lovely place. Would highly recommend it!”

“The best pet store! I used to go to loyal companion before they closed and only Pooped Pooch carried the things I wanted. They are extremely helpful and will get you whatever you need. I recently switched stores because I moved (Savin hill to Asmont) and they made sure to have what I used to order in both stores. They also have deals on certain brands of dog food. Toy organization could be better. 10/10!”

“Amazing store! It is clean, has a great variety of treats. What I loved best was the customer service. Emily made me feel right at home and that my dog’s taste buds were in good hands. I got some chicken strips. I like that they give your dog samples so you know for sure your pet likes what you are getting. Which is great because by good boy 🐕is such a picky eater! Also the store was busy with other customers and I watched as Emily balanced it all well helping everyone. Thanks for the help Emily! We will be back again soon.”

“If you are purchasing something from this Particular Tractor Supply online call first because their inventory is Off!
The first time this happened I saw an item showing 4 in stock online, paid for item, go to pick it up, none in stock! After that I called on two separate occasions both times showing in stock online but not in stock in actuality.
I had to edit this review because once again, online showing CO2 cartridges and a BB pistol in stock but both items are actually not in stock. The lady on the phone actually said to me, sometimes it takes time for when items come in for the inventory to yada yada yada! everybody out there who are going to say it's COVID-19 blah blah, this has been going on long before COVID-19.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this store. The treats are top tier (my VERY picky dog approved). And the staff is unbelievably kind and caring. I went in to buy treats to honor that picky dog who recently passed by buying what I would have bought him for his birthday and having the treats gifted to other dogs that came in. The employee, I learned her name is Sadie, was apologetic and kind while I explained the situation. The manager, Anna, has since emailed me to let me know that the treats are being given out and my boy is being well honored. She even sent me photos of the first dog who got a snack in my boys honor and said she will continue to. Do yourself a favor and go here for anything you need for your dogs. Seriously. They’re incredible.”

“My dog drags me to the Hingham Petco every week so he can get a treat! The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and professional. You can tell they all love animals. There are a wide array of good and services. I took my dog to puppy training several years ago and he learned the basics very well. They have professional and self-serve grooming stations, which are great. They have plenty of toys, treats, food, tools, beds, cages, tanks and clothes for pets. This is a nice store and I enjoy visiting.”

“I've been going to petsmart in Westwood for a good 3 yrs or so and have only had Hailey and she's absolutely wonderful I've always had a great experience with her and my Maverick loves her( I hope im spelling her name right lol but she's the girl that has a weight limit next to her name on line) hope this helps”

“I visited in the evening, about 45 min before closing time. Store was very clean and well organized. Staff were chatting with each other and did not acknowledge my presence, although cashier was very responsive and friendly once I approached a register to check out.
My primary reason to stop there was to pick up some live potted cat grass, but the three they had on hand were completely dried out and the grass itself was well on its way to dying. 🤷♀”
