The staff is known for their flexibility, professionalism, courtesy, and care, often going above and beyond, such as waiting for late arrivals and offering free upgrades. They are quick to resolve reservations and prepare vehicles. While most experiences are fantastic and awesome with great prices, there have been rare instances of billing errors, which customer service addresses. Overall, it is highly recommended as the best rental car company for both business and personal use, offering a great and awesome experience.

Highly recommend Budget Car Rental. They had a daily rental amount for a full size Toyota that fit my insurance allowance. Pick up and drop off was seamless.

Good cars, better prices and the customer service is better than the competitors. The lady at the Hyannis airport is super helpful and informative. Will update with a name upon next rental lol.
