“The gentleman working on 8/6 and 8/9 was friendly, competent, and efficient. He was also saved the day when my return flight was canceled and he helped me change the drop location as painlessly as possible. Huge shoutout to him - didn't grab his name, but he made my weekend!”

“Fantastic experience renting a car at the Hy-Line Ferry! The customer service was truly excellent and friendly, efficient, and very helpful from start to finish. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed, which made our trip stress-free. The whole process was smooth and convenient, especially with the location right at the ferry. Highly recommend this rental service and would absolutely use them again!”

“We've been renting vehicles in January every year for a few years now. Always request an oversized SUV. All but last year was positive. We were given a Ford Expedition which did not accommodate us, but we had no choice but to take it. Staff is not always there, but overall it's been a goid experience, staff is always nice. Will rent again this year hoping for that oversized vehicle we request, and pre pay!😎”

“The agents that I spoke on the phone and the ones that I spoke in person when I went to pick up and drop off the car keys was very friendly. They were ready to answer all my questions. During my rental period I had to do a few exchanges in my rent, and I didn't have any problem with that. Plus the car they gave to me was extremely clean, and smelling very good! If I needed to rent a car again definitely I'll choose Alamo. Of course I will recommend Alamo rent car to my friends.”
