“Great place, hours listed don’t match! I had a great visit, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! One of the only gas stations open when I needed gas at 11:30pm! However, they are closed between 1am and 3am and they are listed as 24 hours. Please fix this so no one comes here in need of gas at 1am and gets stuck!”

“I would like to thank Rachel and Edwin at Nort Street Pharmacy, Hyannis,MA. Without Rachel's assistance on the telephone I would not have been able to pick up my Covid medication today. She transferred my prescription from another branch that was closed unbeknowst to me due to holiday. She was professional, courteous and helpful. And so was Edwin from who I picked up my prescription at drive up. Thank you for having such a great team in place. Happy to know that they will be able to spend remainder of 4th of July holiday with their loved ones.”

“Like most villages in the Town of Barnstable, Marstons Mills has a lot of older residents who are permanently on medications for maladies such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart meds, etc. Like most other CVS stores in town, they are always busy. However I find the staff to be both friendly and helpful, even in the midst of a crazy busy day. The pharmacists, especially Matt, go above and beyond if/when issues arise with medications, reaching out to physicians and insurance companies to assist customers, especially the elderly, in frustrating situations. It is not the fault of the staff that the pharmacy end of the store is so busy. CVS needs to either hire more pharmacists or open another store nearby to handle the overwhelming number of customers, especially during the summer season. Overall however, it is a clean, well managed store with great discounts and product selection.”

While it was quite busy and her skills were in high demand, she was still able to provide me with the necessary attention. “CVS Pharmacy located at 411 Barnstable Rd, Hyannis, MA 02601 is an interesting CVS well stocked, but has no public restrooms which I find absurd……and unacceptable!! Have cameras outside the restrooms if you need, but how dare they be closed to the public!!! Apparently there are individuals who can’t handle nice things……..Manager was helpful.”

“This place is woefully understaffed, kind of dirty, has a really long line, and has a good chance of not having your prescription ready!! I agree with all of the one star reviews, and no one should ever willingly have their prescription sent to this Pharmacy if they have options. However, I would like to give a shout out to the really pleasant young lady who was working this afternoon. She was professional, calm, and was doing a really nice job.”

“I have been to this CVS on many occasions. Three times alone in the past week. (I am usually "on the Cape" three to four times a year for periods of four to ten + days).... Several days prior to Christmas I needed a prescription to be called in by a doctor from Pennsylvania. The person I spoke with at the pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful. Then when I picked up the script, the woman at the pharmacy counter was so friendly and courteous. All three people who have helped me at checkout (front of the store have been stellar) even when the line was wrapped around the isle on Christmas Eve. And I wrote everyone's name down and am having difficulty remembering - of course. There is even one woman (employee) who helped me so much in the aisle (with eye cream). I have those names somewhere. Otherwise it's another excuse to go in to use my extra bucks.”
