Had issue with incorrect billing on my invoice. It took some time in the store to get the problems corrected. Fausto Tineo contacted Verizon Billing directly while I waited, they determined the problem and corrected the invoice. 5 Star support.

After wasting 2 days on chats and phone calls with Verizon, I went to this store. Within 5 minutes, Ramon came over to help me. I explained my issue with a new phone and he listened to me and figured out the problem quickly. Fixed it and I was on my way out the door 15 minutes later. Ramon is the best!
