“I am a huge fan of local and independent bookstores, and I make it a point to visit them regularly and support them as much as possible. Book Ends is one of the oldest independent bookstores in the Boston area. I have visited it many times, and it is one of my favorite places. They have an amazing collection of books, from classics to the latest releases, across all genres. They also have a great arts and crafts section, and visiting Book Ends feels like being part of a beautiful community. I absolutely love Book Ends and would strongly recommend it to any book lover.”

“What an amazing little independent bookstore! The store offers both new and lightly used books. They also have an antique book selection. There are some specialty gifts, teas, tea towels, T-shirts and cute gift boxes, as well. The store is cozy and browsable. Cool selection and set up, lovely staff person or manager/owner. Free street parking and a municipal parking lot across the street are both available. Can't wait to visit again.”

“I LOVE that we have such bookstore in our town, it’s really amazing. When I couldn’t find my book in store you can always pay first and they will order for you , once your item been filled you will get notification to go pick it up, it’s super convenient. “Love this cute, little bookstore!! It’s a wonderful place for gifts for children. Their book selection is perfect and the owner gives great advice on what kids of different ages would like. They also support local authors—we actually met one in the store who drew a custom drawing for our son. It’s obvious a lot of love goes into this place.”
“We have wanted to come for awhile but kept getting the days and times mixed up. So glad we came!! Parking wasn't bad midday on Wednesday and each month there's a special. This July is half off fiction. Super staff!!”

“The staff was flexible and able to accommodate my requests. They were able to check the supply closets to assist me in finding what I was looking for. However, the products, specifically the t-shirts, were rather expensive as compared to the other institutions I have visited.”

“Cute bookstore. Stopped in while on a work trip to the area. The book store itself is rather small but they have hundreds of books cataloged in the back so all you have to do is have them look it up for you. They also have local seasoning, crafts, and more displayed around the shop for purchase. I was able to get the book I was looking for along with some Zatar seasoning. It was a win win for me. Would definitely come back to find a new book or just to see what they have that's new. Part of the proceeds also go to a worthy cause of youth education and literacy so that makes it even better. Will definitely return!”
