The store is tidy and aesthetically pleasing; the fish appear healthy; their tanks are clean and contain appropriate shelters, etc.; and they have a nifty set-up for their frags.Dre, the manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was particularly gratified to see how patient and careful he was when catching the firefish we decided to get.The store’s loyalty program is pretty decent, plus they carry a variety of LRS food blends that our fish enjoy. We’ll definitely stop by when we’re in the area again.”

“I want to start off by thanking Anja and Alex for helping me today. I have been looking for metal cat food bowls so I can reuse them, and they took a lot of time and effort to find them for me. Absolutely the most kind and friendly people. The store is clean and organized. I came in looking for cat bowls and also left with a cat cooling mat just in time for summer. I’ve been to Pet Smart and Pet Co but the level of customer service was just so amazing here. They made an instant fan out of me and I will absolutely be returning. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they carry and they were easily able to answer all my questions to help guide me through finding my dog a new diet plan. They also gave me a few samples to try! I love the store and the staff and my big man loves his new food and treats. Hard five star rating!”
“I have volunteered as a dog walker at Buddy Dog for the last few months and I have the highest respect for this organization. The people who work there seem incredibly dedicated and thoughtful about the animals. I am impressed by their continuing and mindful care of animals that are less likely to be adopted because of age or breed. It is a well lived-in space and the staff seek opportunities to give the shelter animals opportunities to safely and comfortably come out of cages as much as possible. I think all of the staff work long hours and have made a long term commitment to this organization which speaks volumes about Buddy Dog. I have a rescue at home who is not good with other dogs or I would likely have adopted many, many of their fine pups by now. I recommend Buddy Dog highly.”

“My dog is a golden retriever (husky-maybe) mix. He is friendly but I have found rocks smarter, all that to say it is hard to wash him at home, harder to actually get him to a groomer. He is either hugging the ground or hopping over fences and guards.The employee showed me how to work everything, and then left me alone ... Which is really nice when it's embarrassing that you don't have a well trained dog. We then went out, got treats and left all for under $70.”

“I'm reviewing only for the grooming service. I had a really bad experience at PetSmart that left my Cavalier KC traumatized and in the ER; you can imagine I was pretty anxious in taking my baby back to a new place. Daniella is the only groomer there so she personally takes care of each dog from beginning to end. I explained all that had happened in the past and she was super understanding, texted and kept me updated throughout the service until the end plus my doggie looked so fluffy, cute and well groomed! I'm definitely going back to her! The price is also very reasonable so a plus on that as well! Thank you Daniella!”

“Easy to find what I need.for my dog. She gets the regular large breed kibble from Purina, and the store stocks two sizes. I know where the bags are and what I want.I've tried ordering from Amazon for the convenient delivery, but my experience is that Amazon ships whatever they like. It's always been Purina, but some types that my dog is not used to and doesn't like.Petco is nearby, and I often stop on my way to or from the kennel in Watertown where she boards and gets daily playtime. Petco staff is great!”

“We love Fetch It! We will not take our 135lb Great Dane anywhere else! Gage is always happy, calm and smells fantastic when we pick him up. He normally gets anxious leaving our property … going to the vet… or just being separated from us. He does not do well behind closed doors or in crates -he escapes! However…No anxiety with Fetch It!
