“I purchased a washer a few months ago and had a problem that seemed unique to our home and possibly the fact of not being able to rinse in warmer water. I had not needed a new washer in over 12 years, so having issues with the new machine and not being able to figure out what was going on was to say the least very frustrating! But I will say that I am so glad and blessed to have purchased this machine at Bellingham Electric as they worked with my husband and I for over 2 months to try and rectify the problem and eventually replaced it. :) I am pleased with all the staff but have to give a huge shout out to Alex Frank for his patience and understanding going back and forth with me and my emails. I enjoyed meeting Bob up close and getting to know him better and of course Ryan helped us out each time and was professional as is all the staff.
