“My daughter’s car died in the parking lot across the street, 10 minutes before they closed. I spoke to Bill on the phone and told him that my daughter was stranded across the street. he told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of her. He walked across to her car, and jumped the battery. He was able to get her home to me safely. Somehow I could tell he was a dad too.”
“Called in a panic because my ABS light went on suddenly then went off in my Prius. The shop owner was so nice and let me come right over. He was clearly busy but inspected my car and said it was a just computer malfunction. He insisted and put air in all my tires. When I asked about the charge he said “none”. He would not take any money. My friend has had a similar experience. I did sneak and leave a $20 with the young man at the desk.”

Checks with you before he has to fix when he finds something unexpected. Keeps records of what he's done on your car and is proactive on maintenance. My car is 12 years old with 184000+ miles and it runs like a champ. I won't go anywhere else.”
