“Nan’s is one of my favorite places of all time. The sandwiches are sublime.I’m going to talk about the barn burner sandwich. I’m a chili head and I’ve had the hottest chilis in the world including the mutant ones. I can eat normal 5 out of 5 spicy things without noticing. I noticed the barn burner. Normally people say ghost chili and they think about putting it in and that’s all they do. I’m looking at you Wendy’s and Trader Joe’s. Ghost pepper is one of the grossest peppers I’ve had the privilege of tasting and Nan’s expertise has made it taste lovely.On to the heat. I’m going to give it a 3/5 on my heat scale. One on the heat scale for me is 5 vindaloo at an Indian restaurant that knows me. 5 is super hots like ghost pepper/Carolina reaper. I cried and ended up in the heat plateau. It took about 5-10 minutes to get to full force as is common with these types of peppers. It was delicious and full of flavor. As I meditated on the mesa of schoville mountain I looked at the summit and decided this was a nice place to be. I really like this sandwich and I really hope that enough people join me here in the vortex of pain to keep it on the menu. There are very few places where I can get actually hot food. This is actually hot. Please Nan’s keep this on the menu or have some way of special ordering this if not. I’m going to send out the chili signal to the other crazy people so wet can come and feast upon this sandwich.I sneezed and my face is still burning delightfully. I love this.”

“I love Trader Joe's unique selection of food items. Their freezer items are great , the orange chicken is better than take out. I just wish the place bigger , it is very hard to get around store because other fellow customers enjoy shopping their too.”
“Bring a quarter to use a cart. No need to bring bags inside but leave them in the car. You bring the cart to your csr and then unload the cart into the bags in your trunk. I love that! Very easy to shop quickly and find yummy items. Great deals on live plants. Easy in and easy out. Staff is helpful and kind.”
“For a brazilian this place is awesome. They have most everything you would find in a tipical brazilian grocery store and they also have a butcher shop.You can get such a great verity of things here and even send money overseas for family member.”

“I have always lived by Mauros (now Southborough Liquor & More), and they have great snacks, household necessities and such. The ice cream sandwiches are great for summer days, and I love walking home and stopping here for some candy. Always a town fave ❤️”

“If you like beer this place has a really good selection for its small floor size. I don't know about their liquor or wine stock, but they have many local/craft beers in addition to the big name imported and American companies. Lots of New England IPAs and some cool sours. I've even seen some of the rare Yeungling varieties that other liquor stores never have.”

“The wife and I are celebrating our anniversary and we stayed at an Awesome resort. Which was a little bit pricey. So I went to look for a store that had adult elixirs. Well, my GPS brought me sight seeing the north shore. When I got to the store that the GPS had me go to. I was disappointed that the GPS was incorrectSo I was told where Hannaford plaza was and I was assured that I would find what I was looking for. And I did. It made for an enjoyable evening. “One of the best shopping places around for groceries, wine, beer, prepared, take away, food, or prepared to eat in food. I do love how great the produces in the selection is amazing. At the end of the year, they offer specialty foods to take home and prepare like beef Wellington. Which is amazing it cooks up so nice.”

“The price is moderate, the green vegetables are not very fresh before buying so choose carefully the vegetables, apples, strawberries, potatoes, oranges, pineapples, chicken at very good prices, snak prices here are very cheap and I bought them. Saved a lot of money buying snacks for my 2 kids. It's inconvenient to get a stroller and have to pay money. Sometimes I don't bring a bag so I can't get the stroller. If you go during the week, you will be able to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, but if you go on Sunday, there is almost no fresh food”

“A new farmers market to hit town during the summer months (June 6-Oct. 31) at the Avidia Bank parking lot. It has a superb collection of vendors, selling fruit, veg, honey, meat, fish, cheese, crafts and other goods. Most were very well priced and a mix of vendors accepting credit cards, with a few only taking cash. Also a fun food truck for nibbles and a band playing music.”
“Gaucho Meat Market is a little butcher/ convenience store on Central Street in Leominster. They also carry these freshly made Brazilian style croquettes and empanadas as well as Uruguay Style empanadas. I decided to try one of the Uruguay beef empanadas which was good, and this is a Brazilian Style ham and cheese croquette which was absolutely amazing. They have a nice unique hot sauce to put on them too. If you're ever in the area you have to stop in and try one!9.5”
