“Grafton true value is not your typical local hardware store. I'm always impressed with them. As a Plumber (Wachusett Plumbing) I'm usually one to skip past small hardware stores because they tend to not have what I need to finish a job.
Three big things:
They know exactly what I'm talking about and what I'm looking for, which isn't the case at most other places.
When you walk in, they immediately ask you what you need and bring you directly to the exact isle and hook.
When you need something a little peculiar, they may not have that specific oddity, but they'll know with about what you need and what they carry to get your job done.
They're just great.
They're right on Hamilton Street which is also convenient.”
“Monnick is truly wonderful! After unsuccessfully trying Lowes/HD to get some keys copied I stopped here. They warned me the keys may not work as Chevy requires chipped keys, but I asked to try anyway. They happily attempted my request. Then once I got to pay I realized I left my card at home and my apple pay wasn't working. I was so embarrassed but they said no big deal, gave me my keys and said come back and pay later! I was honestly shocked! They didn't have to do that, but they did!And I'm happy to report the keys worked!”
“I typically go to tractor supply to get dog food and dog toys. Today I stopped in for another reason and all of the staff were extremely helpful. Especially Courtney, who went above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank her enough. “This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”
“I love this store !! I truly wish I knew what half the gadgets were for .. But .. what ever their purpose they have it All bright shiny and perfectly arranged it leaves me in awe Everything is so organized and the sales people are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Whatever you’re looking for they know exactly where it is .. Always patient and kind no question feels too simple to ask .. Let’s face it not all of us are in a trade … Whatever you need as far as tools .. They have it .. and I can guarantee they can beat any competitors price.. Looking for an excuse to go back soon”

“I get my mowers and snow blower serviced at Robinson's in Framingham. They've always done great work and return the equipment quickly. They also clean it! I have them pick-up and drop-off which is huge since I don't have a truck. It costs a little extra but is worth it.They even once picked up my girlfriend's grandparent's snow blower even though they are technically out of range. Now that's wanting to help!The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my Honda mower here, and will continue to support them any way I can.I have also rented a portable generator from the Hudson store when they didn't have it at Framingham, and they are just as awesome there!I love supporting this small business because they are so focused on helping me. That's hard to find at big box stores.”

They often point me in the wrong direction or have to look something up, if you can even find someone. I do like that they do a kids workshop periodically, and I appreciate the free cut when you buy lumber. The online pick-up is quick and I’ve had no issues with returns.”
