“I have always valued their honesty above all! Following a standard maintenance visit my car dealer informed me I needed two new tires - one had a nail in it. They would take care of it then. I refused. Went to Hogan - they inspected, did test drive and said tires were fine. I have been a customer ever since. My experience with dealership was not my first nor will it be my last where ageism rears its ugly head. I am a 75 year old widow, gray hair, 4’10” and apparently that profile can be interpreted differently by others. I have no need to share the times I took on daunting challenges and won. Hogan Tire treats every customer with respect and transparency!”

“I was passing through town and stuck in a parking lot across the street with my car alarm blaring and the ignition disabled. I walked over to Beverly Auto Center, where Karim recommended a towing company, and then immediately looked at my car once it was in his lot. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, and although he couldn't fix the problem until Monday, he recommended an electronics specialist from a nearby business (Marconi Radio) who was able to solve the problem that day and get me on my way. Meanwhile, as i was sitting in his waiting area for a couple of hours I saw many customers come in with a variety of problems and he and his crew was attentive and friendly to every one of them. If I lived here this is where I'd be taking my car for all future repairs.”
“This is hands down the best auto repair shop in the area. Louis and Roger are the most honest and transparent mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve saved me thousands of dollars over the years. Not only is their work top notch and fairly priced, but they have only recommended repairs and maintenance when it’s absolutely necessary. “I drove my company’s Mercedes Sprinter van all the way from North Carolina and it started having issues and wouldn’t start. I got it towed to Ryal Side and the guys were able to identify that the wrong battery was put into the van.
Turns out it needed a gel battery as opposed to a regular one, and they went out of their way to go pick the new battery up and get me up and running as fast as possible. Very much appreciated!!”
“I have to say , I have been to many ford service centers for my 2022 Bronco! My baby lol. I met Michael Pierce in Service . Beverly Mass. I had gone there before and hated it! He was amazing ! My truck had recalls done! All the service tires oil! It runs amazing, I looks and runs better then when I bought it! They even cleaned it. It’s very beachy so lots of sand! “Love them here. Always fairly priced and quick. Even stores my jeep for a week after work was done when I was out of town. They also saved me HUNDREDS from the awful excuse for a man who owns Beverly Tire and Gas who refuses to plug a whole innth3ce terbof my tire from a nail and proceeded to scrape and smash a $500 boomerang tire cover and destroy Xmas presents in the trunk while doing so. The guys at 5 stat patched it for $35 and fixed the bent latch on my tires covered, reinstalled it for free in 15 minutes. The owner inquired about buying my jeep from me for his daughter and was in no way pushy. If I was ready to sell at the time, it would've been a great suggestion! Plus, their gas is cheap and always have lovely service attendents. Super convenient. I'll never go anywhere else on the North Shore.”

one of my recent visits my oil drain plug was leaking on my suv. without mentioning they changed it to a newer better one and left it on the notes (no charge). most places wouldve put my old one in and let me find it out the hard way and leaking but they went above and beyond and things like that mean a lot. i appreciate their team and their work.”

“Needed a couple of brake sensors for my BMW X3. Mike was very knowledgeable and in minutes had my sensors had my sensors in his hands and told me to come by the next day to pick them up. Plus they were each 20.00 cheaper than BMW quoted me. Go see Mike, he's extremely sharp with foreign vehicles, you won't be disappointed.”

“AAA sent Shane from New Beverly Auto Clinic to my house when my car battery died. He arrived promptly. I was trying to decide if I should have my car towed to the dealership, but I am glad I did not. Shane tested the battery and confirmed that it was not taking the charge. He made sure to replace it with exactly the same type of battery that was in my car. He also checked the owner’s manual to make sure that certain things that had to be reset were reset after he had installed the battery so that the electronics worked ok. My daughter and I have the same SUV and she also had her battery replaced at the dealership a few weeks before - for twice the cost. This review is my thank you to Shane for being the best at what he does and to New Beverly Auto Clinic for offering their services without charging excessive prices.”
