“Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. “A good experience, after my car was in an accident I of course needed a rental, once I filed my claim online I almost immediately got an email or text telling me that Hertz had a car waiting for me whenever I was ready. I went later that day. It took about ten minutes and I was out of there. It was a nice car, a Nissan Rogue. It was very clean inside and out. Returning it was no different, I would use them again.”
“Had a great experience at this Hertz dealer. Rented a car in Ohio. Got a flat tire on 95 n of Boston the day before in the evening. AAA came and put the spare on so I got out of there fast. It was an all-wheel-drive Ford Explorer and turns out you need to replace all four tires because it’s all-wheel-drive which actually checks out. So I contacted where I rented it in Ohio, and they told me to work with my local Hertz dealer in the morning since everybody was closed so I chose Woburn location. I turned up in the morning. Waited a few minutes for them to take care of two other customers and then Jordan said how can I help you? I explained my situation with the help of a speakerphone call to the originating Hertz in Ohio and he said he could help me. And they did a great job. Got me in a new SUV even though I had no reservation. He was really nice to work with. Grateful that this was the closest location and if I ever have to rent a car near Boston, this is where I’ll get it. Thanks again, Jordan.”
