“These guys are awesome. I needed a headlight for my wife’s 2023 Subaru crosstrek because she went off the road trying to avoid a dear. I am currently waiting on parts to come in the mail to fix our other vehicle, therefore I needed to get her car back on the road ASAP. Westover Auto Salvage didn’t have a headlight for me BUT they found one down in Connecticut so they sent a parts runner to go and grab it. They had the headlight for me ready to be picked up THAT SAME DAY! Talk about excellent customer service! Not only that, they sold me the light for a very reasonable price too. “My elderly high mileage Subaru had a catastrophic issue while my son was at college. We had it towed here to assess. The folks at Pelham Auto were able to explain all the issues with the car and why it wasn’t worth trying to fix. Then they were patient with me while I found a company to donate the car to and (here’s the real kicker) THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME ANYTHING for this service. I’m almost sad I don’t have a car to take to them any longer! Highly recommend.”

“I really like the people here, but this is the most tedious place to return used oil ever. Half the time the tank is full and they can’t take any more oil. You have to sign a manifest. Then they make you take your empty containers home instead of just throwing them in the trash.”

Richard was able to get the car down to the shop, worked over the issues, gave me options and got me back on the road the same day. I had him look the car over and make sure no other issues would pop up later on, and gave me hope that the car would last a few more months, long enough for us to find a new car. Great service and a great help!”

“Worked with Goncarlo Costa at Lia and had a great experience. He was very patient and willing to help me look at several cars... during a snow storm! Financing and paperwork was easy. When I went to pick up the car, did have to wait quite a bit as the detailing was not done correctly. Goncarlo inspected the car first and made sure the new detailer redid it. Still had issues with the cleaniness, however that was due to the new person and needing more training! Goncarlo offered another detail to help make up for this. So far, had a good and pretty painless experience buying my car.”

“I don't leave many reviews, but I have to say that my interaction with Nesco was great.
My vehicle was damaged by another driver & I needed an auto body shop to service it.
From the start I was greated by McColl & Kevin. They took time to look over the vehicle & explain to me what they would need to do & approximately how long it would take. They are a busy shop,but found time to service my vehicle within a week.
I was going through the other person's insurance for payment & Nesco made it very easy for them to deal with directly.
The job done on my vehicle was great & it's like it never happened.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest & fair body shop”
