“The lady at the counter is incredibly rude on the phone and has a really nasty attitude.Edit: 9/3/22: I stopped here for a drink yesterday and the young man behind the counter was incredibly nice and extremely customer service oriented. I have bumped my review up to 4 stars as I actually did have a good customer service interaction. They are not a bad store overall, it just depends who's working.”

“I've been a customer here for many years. The employees are very friendly, they have a great selection of items for a small store, and their prices are very reasonable for snacks/beverages, tobacco products & gasoline. They are also open from early in the morning, til later in the evening, so their hours are convenient. You can also get Air here, they have a coin operated machine on the side of the building & an ATM inside the store too. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a convenience store with a variety of items, fair pricing & kind employees.”

“Great store. Very busy most of the time. I credit the team of female employees that work here often, especially in the earlier part of the day. They are very energetic, super friendly & clearly care about customer service. They go above & beyond to ensure customer's have a positive experience each time they visit here. They range in age & all very hard working ladies, from what I've seen. They do have a well stocked store where you can get what you need, whether it's coffee (hot or iced) or other beverages, snacks or lunch on the go, tobacco, gas, lottery + more. Clean, public restrooms that always have toilet paper, soap, paper towels & baby changing stations. Great gas prices, among the lowest in town. You can also get fountain drinks or coffee for under $1! Very fair pricing. Cheaper than most convenience stores. The bakery items such as muffins, donuts are always fresh...which surely isn't the case at other stores. Highly recommend this stop for gas, snacks, or whatever you need. They even have a self checkout station.”

“The store has a new manager, Jason. I made a comment about product availability on line. And amazing...Jason called me to talk things over. Very nice open exchange. I had occasion to meet Jason while I was shopping. I knew he must be "somebody" because he was all over the store, checking things out, talking to customers. I spoke to him about some of my concerns and observations. He agreed with me, and in fact was already working on the areas. Anyway...if you need help ask, and if you have a comment, good or bad, I think the store manager genuinely wants to hear about it. I was in the store on August 7th. Wow! Who did the floors? They snap. Makes the entire store more inviting. And, so long as I'm rambling anyway....the employees in this store continue to rock. Always super helpful and friendly. Ok. I'm done. Good store. Good people.”

“I prefer to use this gas station in the Palmer area for a couple of reasons number one is they offer $0.05 off per gallon if you are a big y silver card member. Another reason is the staff that works here is always upbeat and enjoyable to interface with I can honestly say there is nothing here that I have had that I found bad indifferent or not worth my time or money”

“Two days ago, I and my husband stopped at the Ludlow Service Plaza on Highway 90 to rest. When we tried to start our SUV, the battery power was low and my SUV wouldn't start. I asked several drivers parked nearby, but none of them had battery cables to help. I was extremely worried. I approached the seller of Gas Station, Golf Express, in the parking lot and asked for help. He immediately called his father who came over 10 minutes later with battery cables. It was a tremendous help. We are deeply grateful to the father and son; they left a lasting impression on us. Yaping.”

Fortunately for us they would not stand behind their work and thats when we found BP Pools. I called and immediately was met with professionalism & knowledge. The staff would be really nice to me but I don’t know about everyone else but the staff is usually really nice and kind. “Took my older Mustang here a couple of weeks ago for an inspection after doing some serious suspension work last year (then stored for the winter) they found slight play in the wheel and guessed it was a loose bolt on the strut. Turns out because they were not factory shocks/bolts/nuts the torque specs were much higher than stock and they were right. Car is back on the road! Appreciate you guys going the extra mile!”
