Model Hardware is an amazing and favorite hardware store with an amazing in-store selection. It has everything, which is well organized. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, super polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They are always available, quick to help, answer questions, and guide customers to the right items. The staff helps figure out the best way to do projects and provides services like assembly and delivery. It is a store where the staff are right there and ready to help, making it highly recommended.
The staff was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond what I had asked for. Ethan assisted me directly and really blew me away with his knowledge and understanding of tools and its accessories. And reasonably priced.

This place is so awesome. The customer service is very good. There is a older gentleman there, I forgot his name. Let me tell you he has a heart of gold.
