Alcott Apartments is considered one of the best places to live in Boston, offering absolutely beautiful apartments with breathtaking views of the Charles River. The building is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The leasing staff, security, and maintenance teams are amazingly helpful, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind, responsive, professional, respectful, and down to earth. The amenities are top-notch. While you can hear the subway, the overall experience is seamless and perfect. Residents are very happy and super pleased, highly recommending it for a top-tier living experience.

The Alcott maintenance team responding within 24 hours to a small leak in our condensing dryer and fixed the problem. Great to see the responsiveness and clear explanation of the fix when I got back from work. Always a relief when renting to see that the maintenance systems are in place and working well.

I recently signed a lease with Alcott and the leasing team was amazing. Jimmy N specifically was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer all of our questions and helped us secure the unit we had our eyes set on.
