βThese fellas (shoutout David) worked their butts off to diagnose an intermittent engine issue on my VWβ¦complicated by car mods and repairs (done elsewhere) from a prior accident.
They worked through it, fixed it, car is driving as good as new. They communicated with me transparently every step of the way. Even though I brought them a basket case of a car, they did not charge me over their usual diagnostic rate plus a very reasonable parts/labor costs, I even asked them to charge me more to because I felt it was unfair to the amount of effort they put in but they refused to charge me more.
Honest is an understatement. Donβt be scared by the Lambos and RRs on the lot either. These are good, knowledgeable guys who respect and value their customers. I will be back (if theyβll have me)β

βI want to share my experience with Boston Volvo Cars as it was absolutely FABULOUS. My parents have worked with BVC previously for TWO of our families cars and they are nothing short of exceptional. You cannot find better salespeople than here at Volvo Boston. We worked with them this past week to purchase a 2025 XC60 and the process was so incredible. I want to make an honorable mention to Patricia Young who has years of experience with Volvo's and was an EXCELLENT person to work with. She was extremely helpful when looking for the perfect third car for our family. My parents in particular ultimately decided on Volvo because they know it is the SAFEST option for me and my brother and along with that it is a luxurious and beautiful option. I cannot possibly describe the happiness we are feeling this week as we started to drive this gorgeous car off the lot today. I know I can say from my whole family to Boston Volvo Cars and Patricia that we are so grateful for their incredible business & expertise in finding the perfect third car for our family!β

βHunt is the best guy you'll have work on your car of all time. Very subtle sense of humor and gives it to you straight/finds creative solutions to complex car problems at a great price. He's worked on our cars for half a decade so far and we wouldn't go to any other mechanic as long as he's operating.β

He was patient when listening, mindful with explaining and generous with his time, even offering to set up any transportation needs while my car was being serviced. βThese guys deserve every word of praise uttered here. They repaired my annoying sliding mini van doors that have stopped working. Charged very little for it, too. They do not do useless work and charge customers 3 times what it is worth. They give it to you straight. Under promise and over deliver!β
βDave and his crew have done at least 15-20 transmissions for my business over the last few years. Each and every one has been flawless and priced very fairly. They are the transmission experts, wouldn't go anywhere else. Cant speak highly enough for the quality of work and amazing customer service. I've given them everything from a small repair to a total custom transmission build and they've knocked it out of the park time and time again!

βThey did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended at stop sign last month. They had a rental car option so I was never left without a vehicle while my car was serviced. I got regular text updates and my car was finished right on schedule. It looks as good as when I drove it off the lot 9 years ago! They also detailed my car which was really appreciated. Oh and the woman at the front desk is super nice, very friendly. Great experience overall.β
