They call me 1 hour before my appointment. so that I have all my documents and when I am on site they have me sit there for 30 minutes to say that the system does not work ?

The door man Adilson Veiga is not professional he is not letting the Amazon drives do they job I had to call the police on him so they let me in ??fire this guy,all employees are on his side afraid tht they will get fired!you need someone polite and he is not respectful to people

Very good customer service at this location every time I have been there, this is everything a bank should be. The manager specialist Ajna Anjeliu is very professional, kind, welcoming and very helpful person. I’m very impressed!
