Studio Allston Hotel is a gem with an interesting, artsy, and oddly quirky feel. The property features beautiful spaces to sit and work, with lovely paintings, murals, and artist information. Guests describe the rooms as large, spacious, clean, and amazing, with blackout curtains. Some note the central AC can make it hard to regulate a comfy temperature for sleep, but the attentive staff is kind to provide extra blankets, a heater, and other amenities. The hotel offers a great and simple breakfast to fit all tastes. The food at the bar is delicious and amazing, with specific raves for the short ribs tacos that melt in your mouth, are seasoned to perfection, and are fresh. The menu accommodates various needs, like gluten intolerance. Room service is also great. Guests hope for the bar and restaurant to be running on future visits and appreciate perks like charcuterie cups and lemonade with cucumber water. The location is great, directly across the street from a walking and bike path along the river, perfect for morning walks. It is near a bike path near parkway drive. There is tons to do within walking distance, including easy access to Harvard campus, Trader Joe’s, Pavement coffee, and several restaurants. Some bus lines stop less than a block away. The area feels safe for walking, even late at night. Nearby activities include renting a bike or a boat. Parking is right on premise and very affordable. The staff provides smooth check-ins and is lovely and attentive, contributing to a great experience that guests would highly recommend and return to without a doubt.
It’s clean, it’s spacious, it’s comfortable, it’s the hotel of my dreams. Situated conveniently near downtown Boston, this hotel is the perfect hotel to embark on Boston. Would most definitely recommend.

We stayed two nights. The location is excellent. We had a view over the river. The rooms are quiet and clean. All the artwork is fun. Staff is very kind and professional.

This is not your usual hotel, and that it is not super corporate. The people here really care about you. The breakfast and the afternoon cheese/wine opportunities are perfect. The front desk is super accommodating and always ready to help. The rooms are more than comfortable and very clean.
