  Why are we required to schedule an appointment if Chase does not care about it at all? Had an appointment at 1:30 and the clock is ticking 2:10 now and nobody seems to care about the customer.

  They don’t allow clients to access the atm during the weekend; no signage of a broken door, nothing. Huge disgrace to the company and will be calling corporate the next business day.

  Horrible horrible bank especially with mortgages. There customer service is horrible. You can ask for a call back never get it
