I've always had great customer experience here although I haven't really done any complicated transactions other than paying off loans but the representatives. always been cordial

The staff are awesome.I usually visit the Rockland Trust located on Washington Street in Boston Mass. They are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there for my banking needs.Great service is important.

Just received a call from Christina from the bank she was able to get my money back and waive all fees that I had. She put my worries to rest.
