He was able to help me with everything in regards to my account (credit card, checking account and savings)which no one else at any other Bank of America branch could help me with. I visited several locations in New York and Boston but it wasn't till I was helped by him that I was able to fix my entire account. He is really well trained and definitely an expert. “On 3/13/2026, I called & talked to ⭐️⭐️⭐️Madison⭐️⭐️⭐️over the phone at 12:17 PM central time, because I had a challenging issue that, for months, no one seemed to know what to do. Madison was patient, empathetic, and kind. Not only her volume was perfect throughout the call (I'm mentioning this because the call volume/clarity was an issue in the past with others), she used common sense, maneuvered uncertainty, and guided me perfectly. Although we stayed on the phone for 45 mins, because she was investigating and sorting things out for me, I didn't feel frustrated one bit. When old Stinky calls their 800 customer service number...the reps are the epitome of professionalism and I feel treated the way a valued client should be.
