“I love the savings bank it has 2 locations in Wakefield one on Main Street in the center of town the other on North ave this 1 has a drive-through I prefer the drive-through it is always a very easy transaction The customer service is also amazing oh amazing as well I called you call the location on North ave because I habecause I had unauthorized authorized debits That needed to be recredited to my account everything was was set up for me and All I had to do was sign a piece of paper and the money was put back into my account I am very happy with this bank”

“This location has always been really great with customers but I had the best experience with Aly Keita. If you stop by or plan to stop by this location I highly recommend that you request him. He was able to help me with everything in regards to my account (credit card, checking account and savings)which no one else at any other Bank of America branch could help me with. I visited several locations in New York and Boston but it wasn't till I was helped by him that I was able to fix my entire account. He is really well trained and definitely an expert. (Don't waste your time at other locations I would say if you can just go directly to him to not deal with the hassle or attitudes at other branches)”

“On 3/13/2026, I called & talked to ⭐️⭐️⭐️Madison⭐️⭐️⭐️over the phone at 12:17 PM central time, because I had a challenging issue that, for months, no one seemed to know what to do. Madison was patient, empathetic, and kind. Not only her volume was perfect throughout the call (I'm mentioning this because the call volume/clarity was an issue in the past with others), she used common sense, maneuvered uncertainty, and guided me perfectly. Although we stayed on the phone for 45 mins, because she was investigating and sorting things out for me, I didn't feel frustrated one bit.
