Older ladies all out of sorts when the sweatshirt I tried on didn't fit and I decided not to puchase it. She's not very kind or caring for a customer facing position.

Rude lady. I was looking for the material tag when she said snakily, if you need a size I can get it. I said excuse me? I folded back the sweatshirt, set it down and she said, I don't have time to fold it twice, while she's sitting on a stool with no customers. Really?
