Eryn was sooo helpful, I hadn’t been sized or bought a real bra in years (had mostly been wearing bralettes and sports bras) and being able to try on a bunch of bras that actually fit was amazing. If you’ve only ever been “sized” at Victoria’s Secret definitely go to Wacoal, you’ll actually get your real size and get bras that fit!”

“Great shop with incredibly knowledgeable employees. They have a nice selection of hemp-derived THC, and CBD products that are priced incredibly well for their potency, which is often higher than dispensaries, and does not have the annoying souless dispensary vibe. A lot of vegan choices too which is nice. They also have a great selection of hemp clothing, and accessories like hand blown pipes and vapes. This is a great one stop shop for all things cannabis. worth checking out for sure.”

“I recently visited Filson and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by the kind staff! When I walked into the store, a worker greeted me, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and guided me through various options without being pushy or condescending.
The store's presentation and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience enjoyable, almost like shopping in an antique barn. There was plenty of space to linger and ponder purchases. The quality and longevity of the clothes seem on par with far more expensive brands. The only fault I see in the store is not related to their service, ambiance, or style—only their lack of a women's section! Filson seems to be reaching out in that direction, but I feel like they could do more than just pink and strange prints. I would love to see more muted basics in the collection. That said, I adore the men's collection. I appreciate seeing a company embracing tried-and-true designs with an eco mindset.
The eloquent way that Charles, the staff member who assisted me, explained each product, its history, construction, and applicability to my wardrobe shows that Filson genuinely values the products they create. I would definitely recommend stopping in!”

“I walked into Ministry of Supply having never heard about it before—When I walked out, I'm a customer for life.Their clothes fit like they were tailored to me, and being 5' 6" with broad shoulders but a narrow waist isn't always easy to fit just right. The fabric and colors were perfect, the durability feels great. Extremely satisfied with the merchandise.Their customer service is exceptional—if I got the names of the guys working there I'd give them shoutouts. They made me feel human after a long season of setbacks. Walking out of there, I wanted to bottle up the experience of that interaction to relive over and over again. Most companies preach customer service but this was the first time in a long time I've seen people living it in their workday. Thank you guys x1000. I'm already looking forward to the next trip there.”

Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. Usually I’m able to get what I want at this location and oftentimes if I’m not it’s not available at any of the other nearby locations. It’s a well suited store for our neighborhood.”

“I come to this FAHERTY every time I’m in Boston. The customer service is always on point, but last week they truly went above and beyond. After taking a nasty fall in front of their store, they quickly made me an ice pack, gave me bottled water and offered me a seat. Determined to buy something after such hospitality, I chose a vest for my boyfriend. The male salesperson, whose name has escaped me, helped me with sizing and made sure the end of my experience was a great one. I’m back in Nashville (and healing up!), and it fits perfectly. “December Thieves is an absolute gem of a store -- but what makes it truly unique and wonderful for me are the private shopping appointments.
While I love beautiful things -- jewelry, fabrics, clothes -- I have a very difficult time shopping for clothes for myself. I have spent too many years trying to make myself fit into images created by fast fashion brands and finally realized that I couldn't do that anymore.
I had shopped at December Thieves before and found pieces that I loved -- so when I saw that I could book an hour to explore what clothing would make me feel most like myself -- most magical -- when I wear it, I decided to go for it.
If you are considering a shopping appointment -- please do it. If something didn't work for me, I just set it aside until I found something that made me feel amazing (that ended up being two blouses and a dramatic split skirt). The team at December Thieves was so skilled in making sure the experience was positive and was totally invested in making it about what I loved and what felt good on me. I am so truly thankful for that.
I have worn the outfits I bought in September multiple times now and every time I wear them I feel powerful and magical! I hope the same for everyone!”
“Reviewing with how they actually dealt with a mistake. I had made several purchases in store, one of which I carried out and the rest was supposed to be shipped. They mistakenly marked several of the items as purchase in store, which meant I didn’t not receive them in person or in the mail. I called them up and the issue was resolved withing five minutes.
