However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. I highly commend management for their professional, personable, and quality customer service (which of course, is vital to maintaining established customers, cultivating new ones, and increasing business productivity and revenue).”

125 Newbury St, Boston“I had a wonderful experience in the Lively store on Newbury St in Boston. I had come from another bra store where the cuts of the bras didn't work for me and then I found Lively. The women in the store were both so helpful, knowledgeable about the product. I ended up buying alot of merchandise and will definitely be back. Big shout out to the store staff who are awesome.”

Open Market, 460 Harrison Ave, Boston“Wonderful shop, highly recommend. I've ordered online for I think 10 years, and not only can you trust the quality and the ethics of the goods, but also Ash&Rose has always been above and beyond with customer service (had some customs drama in a country with such issues and Ash&Rose was very generous about this. Bad situation and yet felt good about Ash&Rose). Especially at a time when so many businesses no longer seem to care about, well, anything, I'm happy to say Ash&Rose continues to take care of their customers.”
“I love coming to Wicked Dog whenever I'm in the city! Amazing staff and their hoodies are so soft, perfect for brutal Boston winters. The matching dog designs are to die for!”
“Dorchester Art Project has been serving the community for years. This is the best place for local artists! Rent their theater out for cool underground music shows or check out their awesome studio spaces Make sure to go to a gallery show or see a local band play and support local artists!”
“I was sceptical of the quality with it being under $75 but figured I wouldn’t be out much if it wasn’t worth it. Extremely surprised. Sizing was right, it’s durable, beautiful and fits comfortably. I’ll be ordering here from now on. Everything I was looking for.”

332 Newbury St, Boston“There's nothing better than walking into the store behind a few girls who quickly discovery its not a bakery!! I became a fan on MV and I've visited the Boston store twice now. The whole theme is AWESOME, the clothing is GREAT, my mom even makes me cookies with your cookie cutters! Don't get me wrong I was sad to see the MV store close, but that's what makes those shirts true classics of great family memories. Getting my new shirts in the munchkin box out of the "hot" oven brings out the true kid in me. The icing on the cupcake was definitely listening to the girl say, "but wait there's really no cupcakes". It's still making me smile and it was definitely a Boston trip highlight!! Keep the fakery alive!”

166 Newbury St, Boston“Lovely shop! They don't have a huge selection but the clothes are all gorgeous and employees are really helpful in finding sizes and placing orders. Kyle helped me put together a cute outfit with some sale items and was overall just great to work with. I'll definitely be back again”

116 Newbury St, Boston“I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...”
“Very cute boutique in the heart of dorchester. Very helpful and attentive from the moment you walk in. The pieces are unique and affordable. I will return and definitely recommend”

93-95 Newbury St, Boston“Visited the newbury store today. SONIA was the absolute loveliest! She gave me an introduction to the different sections of the women’s collections, helped me find pieces I had in mind, and helped pick out matching pieces. So so helpful and friendly even when I couldn’t decide on the spot. Will definitely be coming back to her with my purchases down the line.”

138 Charles St, Boston“I have been a loyal customer at Crush Boutique for many years now, often buying the Misa, Greylin and other local brands online then picking up in-store! The large earrings and purses are really great finds under $100. The owners will even respond free of charge for your major outfit selection questions on e-mail (it's a nice thank-you to support their shop and buy something nice afterwards since other style consultants will charge $150 for this 15-minute service). I actually think Crush is really well-priced and am confused about reviewers who say it is overpriced. The nice storefront, curation, owners and staff who love what they do and feel connected to the brands are all above and beyond! In the photo, I am wearing earrings and a Misa Los Angeles dress from Crush Boutique.”

111 Newbury St, Boston“This was my first time in Boston, I am originally from DC. I've frequented the Georgetown store before, but the selection was not as good as this one. I walked in, and was greeted instantly by Ken. He walked me to the men's department and helped me find my perfect size, brought me different options, and helped me find pieces that matched my skin tone. I appreciate your help Ken, and next time I visit Boston I will drop by to pick up some more pieces. Thanks a bunch!”

56 Seaport Blvd, Boston“The store is small compared to their other stores, but the staff is always friendly and the store is always neat. Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. Usually I’m able to get what I want at this location and oftentimes if I’m not it’s not available at any of the other nearby locations. It’s a well suited store for our neighborhood.”

303 Newbury St, Boston“I walked into Ministry of Supply having never heard about it before—When I walked out, I'm a customer for life.Their clothes fit like they were tailored to me, and being 5' 6" with broad shoulders but a narrow waist isn't always easy to fit just right. The fabric and colors were perfect, the durability feels great. Extremely satisfied with the merchandise.Their customer service is exceptional—if I got the names of the guys working there I'd give them shoutouts. They made me feel human after a long season of setbacks. Walking out of there, I wanted to bottle up the experience of that interaction to relive over and over again. Most companies preach customer service but this was the first time in a long time I've seen people living it in their workday. Thank you guys x1000. I'm already looking forward to the next trip there.”

301 Newbury St, Boston“Great shop with incredibly knowledgeable employees. They have a nice selection of hemp-derived THC, and CBD products that are priced incredibly well for their potency, which is often higher than dispensaries, and does not have the annoying souless dispensary vibe. A lot of vegan choices too which is nice. They also have a great selection of hemp clothing, and accessories like hand blown pipes and vapes. This is a great one stop shop for all things cannabis. worth checking out for sure.”

34 Newbury St, Boston“We love the line-up of designers (Rick Owens is one of our faves, but also the likes of Watanabe, Layer 0, Avant Toi, Guidi, CC Poell, as well as their awesome house labels AB Private Label and Lana Bilzerian??). Great service that is discreet, very helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderful to talk and share fashion passions with. While the store’s footprint is small, the offerings (Mens downstairs/Womens upstairs) are amazing to venture, try out, puzzle and bring home! Looking forward to many returns whenever in town. Their offerings are unique in Boston: great curation and array like no other!”

125 Seaport Blvd, Boston“Extremely helpful sales ladies. They carry things that even fit plus size ( size inclusive ... thank you). They checked and found the color and size I needed and are shipping free to my home or to the store. Sale on tees a good bargain. Will definitely come back. Note that there is a small men's section of basic items of good quality.”
“9Tailors is pretty awesome. I am really happy with the service. Let me explain: This place is a bit pricey but the service is amazing and it's nice to have someone to act as a style guide even when you know what you what you want. I have been wanting to come in for a few years now and finally got an appointment with Alex Oates. This time around, I wanted to get a party suit for celebrations such as wedding and was looking into getting a burgundy suit. What was amazing is that there are so much details to choose such as buttons, lining, the inside of the jacket, fabric, and etc. The little details was all things that matter but I haven't thought about. You do come in here for a tailor suit and I really appreciate having somebody like Alex to be a style guide on top of that. This place is comparable to the Suit Supplies but you get somebody to work with you the whole time (that includes answering your emails and any questions about how to dress for success or dress for the life of a party). I plan to come back again every time I might need a suit.”
