“Jeff and his team at 9 tailors created for me an amazing bespoke 4 piece suit with jacket, vest, skirt and pants with the finest Italian wool in a distinctive style that live up to my exacting, some may even say impossible, standards. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeff from the initial consultation, to designing the suit, to the many fittings that make everything just right. Jeff is the ultimate professional, going out of his way to ensure the final products are exactly as I had imagined with the perfect fit. He listens and cares, and that makes all the difference in the quality of the experience. I enjoyed creating a truly bespoke suit with my own design using the wide selection of the best fabrics from Italy and statement accessories sourced by 9tailors. His team is always so polite, responsive and helpful. I love my suit and look forward to wearing it on many occasions. The experience and end products were worth every penny. Thanks Jeff! “Beautiful store, lovely staff! The clothing and accessories here are works of art and displayed immaculately. They feature well-curated articles ranging from techwear to romantic gothic styles - perfect for anyone who likes it a shade darker. Shopping here is a joy both in person and on the website. “The store is small compared to their other stores, but the staff is always friendly and the store is always neat. Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. Usually I’m able to get what I want at this location and oftentimes if I’m not it’s not available at any of the other nearby locations. It’s a well suited store for our neighborhood.”
“I came here today to shop - didn’t end up buying anything - but felt compelled to leave a review.
The staff here is such a breath of fresh air. We dealt with Adam, and he was incredibly friendly, engaging and accommodating.
He brought both my wife and me sparking water, offered to put our shopping bags aside, and made very thoughtful recommendations.
He was patient and understanding when none of the clothes ended up working for me, despite the amount of effort that he had put forth.
I cannot recommend shopping here enough. Kudos to Adam and the rest of the staff for the hospitality.”

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, never making any assumptions about my preferences or budget. While some items may be more expensive than I usually see, that’s not a reflection of the quality or value of the products.
