“Despite all the issues I had at the Men's Wearhouse in Dartmouth Mass I walked into this location and was introduced to Ryan who told me everything that was suppose to be shipped there was there. He then gave me the stuff to try on and as i walked out of the fitting room the manager Michele introduced herself to me as I was walking over to Ryan so he can check everything and asked how it fit. Michele was very nice and they all talked to me like they knew me for years. SHOUT OUT TO BOTH MICHELE AND RYAN FOR GIVING ME AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE.”

“I walked into Ministry of Supply having never heard about it before—When I walked out, I'm a customer for life.Their clothes fit like they were tailored to me, and being 5' 6" with broad shoulders but a narrow waist isn't always easy to fit just right. The fabric and colors were perfect, the durability feels great. Extremely satisfied with the merchandise.Their customer service is exceptional—if I got the names of the guys working there I'd give them shoutouts. They made me feel human after a long season of setbacks. Walking out of there, I wanted to bottle up the experience of that interaction to relive over and over again. Most companies preach customer service but this was the first time in a long time I've seen people living it in their workday. Thank you guys x1000. I'm already looking forward to the next trip there.”

“Ari is a sizeable menswear store with a solid range of offerings, classics and seasonal are available. The owners are very kind and Ari is incredibly helpful with fit and size questions. The attire sold here ranges from modern “business casual” (so fairly informal) to fully formal. The in house tailor is great. Good little sale rack in the corner as well. Note the price point here is higher than your JCrew, Banana or other store, but the goods are higher quality.

After years of paying expensive repair bills for my old Barbour jackets, I bought a Filson Field Jacket five years ago. I live in Boston, wear it daily, and rough it up completely. It recently went in for service with several heavily worn spots. I just picked it up from the store today, and they completed every single repair entirely free of charge.
Paired with the liner and their shearling vest, this jacket kept me perfectly toasty through some brutal winter days this year. The employee at the counter told me the oldest jacket they’ve serviced was 70 years old, and after seeing how they restored mine, I believe it. Amazing product, phenomenal customer service, and highly recommended!”
“We had such an amazing experience at Alton Lane! From the moment we walked in, everything felt incredibly personalized. We had the entire showroom to ourselves, which made the custom tux fitting feel so private, relaxed, and special.
Julian was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process so much fun. Choosing all of the fabrics, patterns, colors, and custom details was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning, and Julian made it an enjoyable and memorable experience from start to finish.
The free blazer promotion was an awesome bonus and made the experience even better. When everything came together, Randy looked so handsome in his custom tux—we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out.

“I’ll be honest—I was pretty frustrated after speaking with the corporate customer service team and being told I needed to drive to the nearest store, which was about 2.5 hours away and a few away states from home. However, I’m actually glad I made the trip because it gave me the opportunity to work with Dyrelle and his team.
From the moment I arrived, Dyrelle and the team was welcoming, professional, and willing to work through the situation with me, even though I arrived with some understandable frustration regarding the return. I told them up front they were not the issue, and unfortunately have to deal with an irritaed person not due to them.
I really appreciated the approach of finding an in-store option when possible and, if something didn’t fit, being able to have the correct item shipped to my home while returning the original item in its packaging.
Unfortunately, the corporate office had not included the necessary paperwork with my shipment, but Dyrelle and his team were able to work around the issue and help me find a solution. I was able to find some options in the store and order a replacement pair of pants to be shipped directly to my home.
Dyrelle took the time to make suggestions about what might work best for me rather than simply processing the return. Jonny was also extremely helpful and offered some great insight into the differences between the athletic and slim fits, which was particularly helpful since finding the right fit was my biggest concern.
Overall, what started as a frustrating experience turned into a genuinely positive one. Dyrelle updated my information and even followed up with an email so I would have what I needed if I required assistance in the future. That level of follow-through really stood out.
I appreciate Dyrelle, Jonny, and the entire team for taking the time to listen, help, and find a solution. They made a 2.5-hour trip worthwhile and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a great customer-service interaction.

I love the capsule closet and minimalist vibes and the quality but what keeps me coming back is the staff at the Seaport store. She is so bubbly and warm but also knows her stuff. “Stopped by 3J Clothing Store in Dorchester, Boston and had an excellent experience. This is easily one of the best local clothing stores in Dorchester for streetwear, trendy fashion, hoodies, graphic tees, jeans, sneakers, hats, and accessories. They have a fresh selection of styles for men and women, with new pieces that you usually only find online, but here you can shop in person and take it home the same day.
The store was clean, organized, and had a great vibe as soon as I walked in. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knew what styles are popular right now.
