While the shoes are not cheap, you get what you pay for as the prices match the uniqueness, quality construction, and amazing creativity. The staff is amazing, super friendly, really friendly, accommodating, down-to-earth, and excited about the product with an infectious enthusiasm. They are very helpful and honest with opinions, knowing all about the back story of each shoe and picking out styles for customers. The experience in the brick and mortar store feels special and over the top delightful, making it highly recommended to visit, try on shoes, and buy a pair. The company, loved by many and popular with musicians, has been honing its craft for decades and continues to make a big splash with its designs.

Didn't end up buying shoes as it was out of price range, but the staff were the most lovely helpful people I have met. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and still let us try on shoes.
