Rothy's shoe buyer beware!!!!! If you order their shoes on sale you cannot return them or exchange for another size. :-0I bought 2 pair of shoes that are too big and I am stuck with $200 shoes that don't fit. I will never buy Rothy's again. So disappointed and such bad customer service.

Stopped by the store while visiting Boston a few weeks back and let me just tell you the staff were so kind and friendly! Kim was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and offered great advice about fit and style. Plus she was SO FUNNY. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back when in town!

The woman who helped me in the store was extremely friendly and helpful, and I am happy to own a nice new pair of non-leather shoes.
