Don’t even bother. Customer service has gone so down hill the last few years. Taking my accounts elsewhere. Judging from all the recent reviews, I’m not the only one.

I've had this account since my parents worked for the MBTA in the early 80s—they opened it for me when I was 5! It used to be great, but wow, the service, employees, and policies are terrible now. They don't value longtime customers at all. I gotta switch banks. Don't bank here.
