“Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix seem personably-outgoing and technically-proficient. Kean replaced my laptop's screen--parts they warranteed for one year--replaced the storage drive with a larger and compatible SSD I'd bought from Amazon, and copied all my files. When excluding the cost of the drive, the repair cost about $330, which was 60% of Best Buy's Geek Squad estimate of $550. Additionally, Kean found a warped battery that could have ruined my computer, and I paid about another hundred for him to replace it, also having a warrantee--well-worth the cost, considering what the old battery could have damaged. I also told them the stylus had stopped working, which Kean got working--didn't even charge me. My job wasn't even an easier one, due to the BitLocker encryption on my original Windows 11 drive he didn't initially know about, but they did not raise their quote, and they kept me fully informed about the job status. Geek Squad would have charged me tons more for all of this. Going with Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix helped me a lot. I'm happy.”

“All I can say is WOW. My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper.
