“My Samsung Fold6 had a busted inner screen and they fixed it to practically brand new! Over the phone they also pointed me to a Samsung repair offer that drastically cut my bill. It took a bit longer to repair than expected (6 hours instead of initial 3-4 hours over the phone, but they did say 6-7 hours when I brought the phone in), which was enough to repair in a single work day for me.
The only downside is that someone is not always at the front, but I was able to call and didn't have to wait more than 5-10min to get helped.”
“This place is great! They actually are willing to help with issues, unlike some of the corporate stores. Bobby was awesome. I was having trouble removing the sim from my old phone. He jumped right in there and helped. He was professional, easy to work with. Highly reccomend. Ty. Went again mid December. Again, Bobby was very helpful. Ty Bobby! Went in again a few days ago. Zach was able to help right away, even though he was working alone that day. Ty so much Zach. I am terrible with names , but new manager and associate were very helpful today with a few problems i was having with my new phone. 8/7/26. Ty to you both.”
