Emely immediately stepped in with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused approach. She took full ownership of the situation and advocated on my behalf to ensure my issue was properly addressed and resolved.

What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did she resolve my concern, but she personally went behind the scenes to find a box for my return, carefully packaged the device herself, and secured the shipping label so everything was ready to send. That level of initiative, care, and attention to the customer experience is rare.

Paolo also stepped in to assist and provided supportive, professional service throughout the process. Together, they turned a very difficult situation into a positive one.

“My Samsung Fold6 had a busted inner screen and they fixed it to practically brand new! Over the phone they also pointed me to a Samsung repair offer that drastically cut my bill. It took a bit longer to repair than expected (6 hours instead of initial 3-4 hours over the phone, but they did say 6-7 hours when I brought the phone in), which was enough to repair in a single work day for me.

The only downside is that someone is not always at the front, but I was able to call and didn't have to wait more than 5-10min to get helped.”
