Omni Parker House is a historic 19th-century landmark hotel located right on the Freedom Trail in downtown Boston. Guests can enjoy high-end New England dining at the renowned Parker's Restaurant, where the iconic Boston Cream Pie was invented, as well as a classic cocktail lounge and upscale bar. The hotel also features a rooftop ballroom, fitness center, and 19 meeting rooms. Rooms and suites are elegantly appointed with old-world décor, cherry wood furnishings, and flat-screen TVs. The hotel's convenient downtown location is praised, allowing guests to easily explore the city on foot. However, some note that the rooms are smaller and the facilities are older, reflecting the property's historic nature. While the majority of the staff receive positive reviews, a few guests have encountered issues with the front desk and check-in process. Overall, Omni Parker House offers a unique, historic experience with its impressive architecture and amenities, complemented by the attentive service of staff members like Richard and Jorge.
I came here for the Boston Cream Pie and was worth the extra walk. Amanda in parkers bar was very nice and I felt taken care of.

Nice old hotel with character, but the rooms are quite small, and bathrooms even tighter

It is a beautiful hotel! The employees aren’t exactly friendly but that seems to be the standard in most of the area, but for a hotel I expected friendlier service esp in the coffee shop area. They had their espresso machine broken so that was a bummer. The rooms are small but a great location! And amazingly gorgeous!
